6th and 7th June 2008: “Second CREDECO meetings on Economic Law” – 250 rue Albert Einstein, building 2 in Sophia Antipolis (Turgot Amphitheatre). The “Economic Law meetings” are a series of events of the Economic Law Research Centre (CREDECO, GREDEG/CNRS/ UMR 6227, INRA) destined to revivify a form of free and open scientific debate, on one or more themes of economic law. The concept takes the form of “round tables” with universities, but also with possible equal measure, practitioners (lawyers, magistrates), and local decision makers (public and private) who openly debate a question presented by a main guest. The aim is to create the conditions for a real debate and deep discussion (as opposed to a traditional conference where the audience is given unilateral positions advanced by the author); to freely expose contradictions, problems, issues, also in openly discussing, confronting arguments and proposing possible solutions…
