Innovantive training


The Foundation Sophia Antipolis organises inter and inter-company training seminars in the domains of management, team cohesion, and communication. The training modules are specially developed, and all have an innovative content and often take place in fun and original environments which enables each one to escape from the
traditional classroom. The Foundation Sophia Antipolis also offers two seminars:
- "Tea management and cookery training" a seminar which displays the importance of team spirit and cohesion through the concept of a shared meal organised by cookery experts and a specialist management coach.
- "Theatre games and communication" a seminar managed by an actor and a director who associate theatre techniques and public speaking to improve oral expression.

THEATRICAL GAMES AND COMMUNICATION : EXPRESS ONESELF IN PUBLIC, TO BE ABLE TO ORALLY CONVINCE.

“ What is true in the theatre is true in life”. The theatre is the art of social communication. By liberating ones vocal and bodily imagination, and by experimentation, the actor of the theatre learns to familiarise with himself. The art of playing for communicating.
Learn to activate your personal resources in decisive decisions, technical improvisation and the mastering of your communication.

MANAGEMENT D'EQUIPE ET TRAINING EN CUISINE

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND COOKING TRAINING

Management and cooking require a subtle dose of organisation and creativity. We choose, we associate, we grasp, and sometimes we let it stew…Directed in the way of the big chefs : a new challenge for the managers. Their favourite dishes are called leadership, motivation, team management. Learn to develop your managerial abilities by having fun, discovering the world of savour by making, strengthen a creative co-operation in a user-friendly environment. Two days : 19th/20th October or 16th/17th November 2006.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT – INNOVATION AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES (LONG CYCLE).

At the moment the direction of the “Human Resources” function is greatly changing and the innovation perspectives are considerable. A large variety of applications involve the development of specific skills of Human Resource Management. The human resource role , today, needs to integrate this new deal and analyse the managerial impact the new information systems and of the news ways of working. The objective of this programme is to create executives and business creators capable of using and applying these new methods of working, integrating the information and communication systems.

TELEWORK AND E-MANAGEMENT TRAINING

The research of thousands of economic performances, the requirements linked to the redefinition of professional relations drive businesses to transform the organisation of their work. This movement is accentuated by the development of the TIC that encourages the circulation of information and the interaction between businesses. This tends to define different methods of work which are closely linked to the technological and organisational changes. This way of working involves an evolution of managerial practices of the business and changes the managers habits who must guide his associates from a distance.
Therefore, e-management is becoming a strategic function facing big business changes.
