Under
the framework of the new authorization
of ANPE (French Agency for employment)
2006-2008, the Foundation Sophia
Antipolis has developed accompaniment
activities, which carry the objective
of the professional insertion and
reinsertion of job seekers of "executive"
status.
a)
Under the framework of a "revitalisation"
convention signed with the Thales
group, the Foundation Sophia Antipolis
received 12 executives in search
of long-term employment in order
to help them to be reinserted during
the period of March to June 2006.
Accompaniment, 70% of participants
found employment in their field
of competence.
b
) "objectif emploi" is
a plan aimed at executives with
an individual strategy of job seeking
for paid employment integrating
the new forms of access (multisalariat,
shared time..) and executives with
a new activity creation project.
This programme take the form of
a personalised individual follow
up adapted to each case and activity
developed under a collective framework
enabling the exchange of ideas and
confrontation of situations.
c)
"The Workshop" carrying
the objective of providing jobseekers
with a specific difficulty with
a quick response. The Foundation
Sophia Antipolis responded to the
needs expressed by their jobseekers
on some 30 different
topics, providing them with personalised
advise (half a day or a day maximum).
Public: Experienced executives and
young graduates in search of employment
registered with ANPE of the Alpes-Maritimes.
(In the region of 30 people per
annum).
Creation of a website "TOM"
for the circulation of CVs of the
participants of the Foundation Sophia
Antipolis' insertion activities,
which can be visited via the Foundation
Sophia Antipolis' website.
