It is about the Special Economic Panama / Pacific Zone - New industrial Franche zone bordering the Channel in some cable's lengths of the Capital, more known under the name of Howard's zone (http://www.aaeepp.gob.pa/aep/index.php).

The "developer" of this zone is London and Regional Properties Ltd " (UK) has a concession of 40 years, renewable by negotiation. Seven companies are operational on Howard today, whose maintenance the prestigious “Dell” and “Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd” (high maintenance for Airbus and Boeing aircrafts).
